Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your premium directory listing until the current paid period expires, at which point the subscription will not renew.
Refund Rules
- No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time if you choose to cancel mid-billing cycle.
- Listing Status Post-Cancellation: Upon the effective expiration date of your cancellation, your premium directory listing will be automatically hidden or reverted to a restricted, non-visible status.
- Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
